Cheers~ Hi Pete and co, Just wanted to let you all know how much we enjoyed our jump with you on 22/01. The jump itself was a 30th birthday present from Adam and it is one I will never forget. Thank you so much for talking us into going up to 14 000’ – it was incredible and the rush was something I’ve never experienced before! Had we of stuck to the 8000’ jump we had planned I reckon it would have felt like it was all over before it even started. You guys have a great product and there were a few things I noticed and wanted to share with you: 1. Organized – the booking confirmation email with detailed information on how to get there, where to stay and what to wear; everything was explained leaving any possible question answered. 2. Orderly – I couldn’t help myself; I noticed how tidy and organized the equipment room was – it looked exactly how I would want it to which to me = safe. 3. Friendly – from the phone call to book us in, the reception on arrival to your office to the pilot and our tandem instructors; everyone was friendly and seemed to really enjoy being there – even with me complaining about having to go past 8000’ which is all I had prepared myself for. 4. DVD’s/pictures – they were great and I noticed our two video’s had different music which I think is great. It made each of our DVD’s unique and I really liked that it wasn’t generic so it felt like it was custom and just for me. I also LOVED how the tandem instructors knew exactly where to hold the camera for the best shots because my favourite part about the whole experience is sharing the video with my friends/family Thank you again for making my birthday a memorable one!
