We are located in Jurien Bay in the Shire of Dandaragan on the Turquoise Coast. We are about one hour and forty minutes drive south of Geraldton. (Take the first Jurien Bay turnoff onto Indian Ocean Drive), and about two and a half hours north of Perth. (Take the Brand Highway to the first Jurien Bay turnoff then follow the signs.)
The fastest way from Perth's northern suburbs:
Go to the end of the Mitchell Freeway, and turn right at Burns Beach Rd. Continue onto Joondalup Drive through Carramar until it become Neaves Rd (86). (Coming from Wanneroo you could take Pinjar Rd - off Wanneroo Rd - to get to this point.) Follow Neaves Rd until it ends at Muchea South Rd, and turn left. Follow this until you get to the Brand Highway, and turn left. About 60kms past Cataby you will get to the first Jurien Bay turnoff. This is Bibby Rd, it is all signposted from here, but follow it until the end and turn right at Munbinea Rd. Follow this until left at Jurien Rd. Drive into Jurien Bay, you will be on Bashford St. Keep driving until the first shopping centre, you will see Home Hardware. Just down from this is The Professionals Real Estate, We are behind the cafe next to the real estate office, you will see our signs.
From the city, this is faster than coming via the Swan Valley. The Swan Valley is faster if you are coming from the airport or the Eastern Suburbs. The completion of Indian Ocean Drive in 2010 will make us much closer!
Skydive Jurien Bay is starting up "Backpackers Wednesday". We will provide free transfers from Perth on a Wednesday, stay at the APEX Camp for $25 per night, and return to Perth the Thursday. This service requires a minimum of three people to operate. Phone us on 0438 44 1239 for more details.
