BOOKING CONDITIONS

• All bookings require a guarantee that you will show up at the date and time booked.The easiest way to secure your booking is by providing a credit card number as that guarantee. We do not charge the credit card when you make the booking, but if you did a "no-show" on the day, we would then charge that credit card $150 per person. If you are unable to provide a credit card number, you will need to deposit $150 per person to our bank account. These details can be provided to you when you make a booking. Your deposit can also be paid by Paypal or cash or eftpos directly to our office in Jurien Bay.
• Dates and Times may be changed with more than 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.
• "No-shows" will forfeit their deposit.
• Skydiving is a weather dependant activity. If your jump must be postponed due to bad weather, it will be rescheduled within six months on a day mutually agreeable. If no other day is possible, your deposit will be refunded.
• If you are above 100kg please inform us at the time of booking
• If you have a disability or an injury, please inform us so that we can determine if a jump is possible.

JUMP CONDITIONS

• No alcohol is to be consumed in at least the eight hours preceding your jump.
• All jumps are at the discretion of the Dropzone Safety Officer. Weather conditions may cause your jump to be delayed or postponed to a different day. If you are driving from Perth or Geraldton, we recommend you call us to confirm that the weather is favorable.
• Skydive Jurien Bay reserve the right to refuse any individual if we believe that the safety of our operation would be compromised.
• Please wear appropriate footware such as running shoes or joggers. We recommend you wear a T-shirt with no collar rather than a singlet. Knee length shorts, three quarter pants or track/gym pants are all OK. If it is Winter, we recommend a long sleeve T-shirt, or something with some warmth in it.

GIFT VOUCHER CONDITIONS

• Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, but they are transferrable.
• A $150 fee will apply if a Gift Voucher booking "no-shows" on the date booked, or cancels within 24 hours of their booking.
